Udonno receives payment with Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.
Udonno encrypts all your card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.
Udonno tries to ensure that the shipment of orders placed before 12:00 will be sent the same day. Orders placed after kl. 12:00 will only be sent the next day.
Udonno arranges delivery with dao (unless otherwise stated) to the recipient on the date desired in the order. Timely delivery, dao promise 2-4 days delivery, but can variate from 1 to 5 days. If there are delays at dao, this will correspondingly delay the delivery in relation to the desired delivery date. Udonno cannot be held responsible for delays at dao.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
Udonno provides a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including manufacturing and material defects that are found during normal use of the product. The right of complaint does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused as a result of incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized interventions. Complaints about defects and deficiencies that should be discovered during the usual examination of the product must be notified to Udonno within a reasonable time. The item can subsequently be returned for repair, replacement or by agreement if necessary. credit. In connection with complaint cases, Udonno bears return costs to a reasonable extent.

Return of goods also takes place at this address - please note that we do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery. Returns can also be made by refusing receipt or handing over the item in person with us. It is not a requirement, but the expedition is promoted if adequate information accompanies the package - for example, a copy of the order confirmation, registration number and account number for the bank account to which a refund can be made, a copy of any prior correspondence, etc.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
There is a 14-day right of return on the goods, calculated from the day they are received, then 14 days to send it back. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as you received it. Once the item has been received back and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. You must bear the cost of return yourself.
The consumer can regret a purchase even if the item has been used. An item is only used if it is used in addition to what is possible by trying out the item in a physical store.
